Telephone access to NHSBT call services – update

Please note that Vodafone have identified and are currently working on a solution to address the telephony issues that have affected our automated calls services for HR Direct (this includes access to Pay Support and Health and Safety for reporting lost time accidents), Media and PR, ODT HUB, NCC Referrals (Newcastle) and Service Desk.
