In June, we told you about how emails you receive from outside the organisation will be scanned automatically to determine whether they contain confidential data. This will help protect us from an accidental information breach.
As a result, you may have noticed that emails are wrongly categorised by Microsoft Outlook and go into your ‘Junk E-mail’ folder. If you haven’t been doing so, make sure that you regularly check your junk folder for any emails which have been quarantined in there.
