Essential maintenance will be conducted by Evolvi from 7pm on Tuesday, 3 July. Evolvi expect our booking system to be available again from 6am on Wednesday morning. Redfern will not be available during this time.
During this downtime, colleagues will be unable to make rail bookings, carry out amendments, retrieve existing rail bookings, ticket through tRIPS or send to collect from the station machines.
We recommend that any rail bookings that are required during this time, are made in advance of this date.
No other travel services or systems will be affected during this essential maintenance period.
